Shipping policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We are responsible for delivering the package to your specified delivery address using a customary delivery method. If the package is lost or damaged during transit or delivered to the wrong location based on GPS tracking or other evidence, then we will either refund or replace your item. 

We are not responsible for loss or theft of any package after delivery to the customer provided delivery address unless signature confirmation was requested. The risk of loss or theft of a package transfers to the buyer after delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a safe and reliable delivery address during checkout.
