Return & Refund Policy
At Stepani Style, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, a return request must be submitted within 31 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking records.
All returned merchandise must be:
- New, unused, and in original condition
- Free from scratches, marks, damage, odors, alterations, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with all original packaging, cases, dust bags, authenticity materials, manuals, inserts, and accessories included
- Shipped back using the return instructions provided by Stepani Style
Stepani Style reserves the right to request photographs of the item and packaging before issuing a return authorization.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Eyewear Returns
Sunglasses and eyeglasses must be returned in unworn condition with:
- Original manufacturer packaging
- Protective case
- Cleaning cloth
- Product literature and inserts
- Original tags and labels
Products showing signs of wear, lens replacement, adjustment, modification, or damage will not qualify for a refund. Serial numbers must match our records for the item shipped.
Prescription lenses and custom-made lenses are non-refundable.
Luxury Handbags and High-Value Accessories
Luxury handbags, wallets, small leather goods, and other high-value accessories are subject to additional inspection requirements.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with:
- Original tags attached
- Dust bags
- Authenticity cards, certificates, and booklets (if provided)
- Protective wrapping and packaging
- Shoulder straps, locks, keys, clochettes, mirrors, pouches, and all included accessories
- Original branded packaging when applicable
Returned handbags must not exhibit:
- Scratches, scuffs, abrasions, or corner wear
- Creasing, deformation, or stretched handles and straps
- Interior wear, staining, or residue
- Makeup, lotion, perfume, smoke, pet, or other odors
- Missing accessories, packaging, tags, or authenticity materials
- Any indication of use after delivery
For handbags and accessories with a retail value exceeding $1,000, Stepani Style may require additional verification and inspection before approving a return.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Authentication and Inspection
All luxury handbags and high-value accessories are photographed, documented, and inspected prior to shipment.
Stepani Style may record identifying characteristics including, but not limited to:
- Serial numbers
- RFID chip information
- Date codes
- Manufacturer markings
- Hardware details
- Included accessories
- Product condition
Returned merchandise must match the condition and identifying characteristics documented prior to shipment.
Stepani Style reserves the right to refuse any return that appears altered, substituted, damaged, tampered with, counterfeit, or otherwise inconsistent with the item originally shipped.
Security Tags
Certain products may be shipped with a tamper-evident security tag or security seal.
Items returned with a removed, damaged, altered, or missing security tag may be deemed ineligible for refund and may be returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Prescription lenses
- Customized or personalized products
- Special-order items
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Stepani Style may request customer to provide photographic evidence to prove item is incorrect or defective.
For high-value merchandise, Stepani Style may require signature confirmation and insured shipping for returned items.
Stepani Style is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged during transit.
Restocking Fees
Returns received with missing packaging, missing accessories, damaged packaging, removed tags, or other deficiencies may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Items showing signs of use may be denied a refund and returned to the customer.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, shipping protection fees, gift wrap fees, duties, taxes, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.
If a free shipping promotion was applied to the original order, Stepani Style reserves the right to deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from the refund amount for returned merchandise.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business from fraud and abuse, Stepani Style reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns that exhibit unusual activity, excessive return patterns, suspected wardrobing, product substitution, counterfeit activity, or violations of this policy.
Stepani Style reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
How to Request a Return (U.S. Customers)
To create a return request and receive a prepaid return label within the United States, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
-Click the profile icon at the top right of our homepage (stepanistyle.com).
-Enter your email address and click Continue.
-Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email.
2. Request your return
- Select the order you would like to return.
- Click Request Return.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose a return reason and add an optional note.
- Click Submit Request.
Returning with Your Own Carrier
You may also ship your return using your preferred carrier. Please send your package to:
